Lightroom - Organizing Photos

I was using iPhoto to organize my photos. From there I used to directly post to Facebook. But if I remove the pictures from my machine, those get removed from Facebook too.During the fundamentals of photography sessions with John Greengo, he mentioned about LightRoom to organize & preform adjustments to the photos. Did some google, what it is about.Then attended the sessions Jared Platt taught at CreativeLive. And I found the solution to my problem.Not only that, I have learnt how to preform slight changes to the picture I shot and add some more detail & sharpness to it.
